The majority of the clients of Q&T are international agencies and institutions: local governments, local ministries, military institutions, research centres, local businesses, multinational corporations, universities, technical and training schools, local manufacturers, hospitals, as well as supranational institutions. The Q&T group owes its international success primarily to the experience of qualified staff and continuous involvement in trans-national projects financed by the World Bank, the European Commission and the United Nations.
